  1. I can’t seem to launch Real Time Quotes for the first time.
  2. I have successfully installed the Real Time Quotes, but it doesn’t seem to display any stock quotes
  3. I don’t receive stock quotes when I select Real-Time Mode
  4. Real Time Quotes does not work on Netscape.
  5. I am asked to "Please login to use this service" even though I’m already logged in.
  6. I get an "Invalid Login" message when I try to log into zoomFinance.
  7. When I try to login to zoomFinance, I am told that "The user is currently active"
  8. I occasionally get an "IExplore Illegal Operations" error when using Real-Time Quotes !
  9. What are the minimum system requirements to run Real-Time Quotes ?
  10. I have received my online Trading Pin but when I click on Buy, Sell, Order Status or Accounts Information, I am not recognized as a valid trader.
  11. Optimal Browser Settings for zoomFinance.
  12. I cannot view the data in Real Time Quotes, the table in the page is only displayed in grey color.
1. I can’t seem to launch real time quotes for the first time. The real time quotes screen displays a blank white/grey screen when launched for the first time
Solution: Click on "F5" button (this refreshes your browser)
  1. If after 5 minutes real time quotes has yet to launch, try clicking on F5 to refresh the browser
  2. When real time quotes is launched for the first time, a 512KB application file needs to be downloaded and installed on your PC. The download can take anywhere between 1-8 minutes depending on your connection speed and line quality. Please be patient while this download takes place. You will be asked permission to install the file on your PC. Please allow the file to be installed.
  3. This process needs to be conducted once on the PC you use to access real time quotes.

  • Description of the problem
  • System set-up(hardware and software eg. Pentium III 300Mhz, running on Windows 98 and using on IE browser v5.5)
