I can’t seem to launch real time quotes for the first time. The real time quotes screen displays a blank white/grey screen when launched for the first time |

Solution: Click on "F5" button (this refreshes your browser)
- If after 5 minutes real time quotes has yet to launch, try clicking on F5 to refresh the browser
- When real time quotes is launched for the first time, a 512KB application file needs to be downloaded and installed on your PC. The download can take anywhere between 1-8 minutes depending on your connection speed and line quality. Please be patient while this download takes place. You will be asked permission to install the file on your PC. Please allow the file to be installed.
- This process needs to be conducted once on the PC you use to access real time quotes.

- Contact Telephone Number
- E-mail Address
- Description of the problem
- System set-up(hardware and software eg. Pentium III 300Mhz, running on Windows 98 and using on IE browser v5.5)
